​Rosa Irizarry has been an attorney since 2002. She was admitted to the Puerto Rico Bar and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in 2002.

Before moving to Florida, Attorney Irizarry worked in the Legal Advisor’s office of the Puerto Rico Department of Health, representing the agency in courts and government agencies regarding state and federal health regulations. She also worked as an attorney in the Puerto Rico Administration for Children and Families, representing the agency in child neglect and abuse litigation cases.​

In 2006, Attorney Irizarry moved to Central Florida, and since 2009, she has been practicing law, and representing clients in immigration matters. In 2009, she opened an office in Lake Wales. From 2011 to 2013, she worked at the law firm Colon & McNelis, PA, as an immigration and social security attorney. In 2014 and 2020, Attorney Irizarry reopened her immigration law practice.​
